How can I confirm diamonds' quality?

Our diamonds are selected based on GIA standard. The quality of the diamonds used in each product is described on each product page.

Where is jewelry made?

Our Jewelries are made in Japan by high skilled craftsman.
We carefully make jewelries one by one after your order.

Do you use lab-grown diamonds?

No, we use only natural diamonds.

Can I try the products before purchasing?

Contact us if you want to try the product. We are happy to show you the part of our jewelries at our office in Tokyo, Japan.

Order and Cancellation

Can I ask about details of jewelry or custom made jewelry?

We will explain details by email or phone.
You can also visit our office in Tokyo, Japan to try our jewelries.

What is your return and refund policy

We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience. In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product, we will promptly refund or exchange it. Please contact us and return the product within 7 days after receiving it.

Delivery

How do you deliver the products?

We will deliver the products by Fedex for worldwide shipping. ETD and tracking number will be announced once it ready to ship.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we ship worldwide for free.
Duties, Taxes and VAT are not included in the total at checkout. Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Taxes and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping cost incurred at check out is non-refundable. International orders may arrive via UPS or FedEx.

After Service

Do you do resizing of ring?

Available only internal Japan.
First resizing is free, please consider the lead time about 1 month.

Do you do cleaning and polishing my jewelry?

Available only internal Japan.
We offer free cleaning, lead time about 1 week.
Polishing will be charged to customers.

How should I treat my jewelry?

After using the jewelry, remove the dirt by the jewelry cross and keep them in the jewelry box.
